Alice McCormack is a Portland, Maine native. She is a graduate of Spa Tech Institute with a degree in Polarity Therapy. Her goal as a polarity therapist is to create a partnership with her clients, empowering them in their lives and connecting them to their highest health, vitality and joy.

Alice’s polarity background includes training in yoga, reflexology, cranial sacral therapy, nutrition and anatomy.

Polarity Therapy is an integrative healing modality that connects the mind, spirit and energetic systems of the body in harmony. Polarity Therapy draws its principals from Chinese and Indian Ayurvedic techniques to clear the elemental pathways of the body, repairing and aligning its charka and energetic systems. Practitioners also help to heal the physical body by releasing tension through noninvasive touch therapy while the client is fully clothed. Polarity empowers the client to connect with their highest healing and life potential in a supportive, safe and nurturing environment. Each session acts as a building block, gathering momentum towards whole health and fully being in a life which supports all aspects of the client.
